It is with great excitement that we are launching Nai Tong, a Thai-Japanese fusion inspired concept based off of ShaBuShi, a long beloved Los Angeles community shabu shabu staple. With much appreciation for our loyal customers, our rebrand is inspired by them and the owner’s Thai roots.

Today, the “Nai Tong” operated by ShaBuShi offers not only shabu-shabubut also “Hot Pot Boat Noodles”, taking the boat noodle experience to a new level. A hot pot filled with rich, flavorful boat noodle soup you know so well.You can choose the cooked noodles according to your preference, such as rice noodles. flat noodles, egg noodles or steamed rice. If you want to eat without noodles, you can do so. You can also add fresh vegetables. With all kinds of high-quality fresh meat, including braised beef and braised tendons, internal organs and side dishessuch as pork rinds and meatballs.

Especially “Khao Kra Prao”, where we import real basil leaves from Thailand. This gives the unique taste and aroma of real basil. Until we dare to confirm that besides “Nai Tong” you can only find “Khao Kra Prao” that tastes like this in Thailand.
